Integrating Dragon SDK with .Net C# applications and Voxeo Hosted Telephony | Speech Computing

Hi,
We have completed two Microsoft .Net C# SOA applications that are deployed on a hosting environment. We have integrated different computer telephony CCXML and VoiceXML using Voxeo hosted telephony. The applications are medical and include disease and medication management.

We have a requirement to perform clinical electronic dictation through our applications and had been using Voxeo to generate the voice files as Wav and had been converting them into text using Chant and Microsoft Speech Engine, but could not achieve the level of quality.
We are now looking at installing the Dragon SDK version on our server and integrating our applications (which are web services) and Voxeo with the Dragon SDK to perform the voice dictation and transform to text into our applications.
If we install the Dragon SDK on our server and apply this model, is it reasonable or am missing something? Can the Dragon SDK be obtained with the medical vocabularies and libraries?
Thank you very much for clarification.
Doug
