Yes, yet again, the Anglo is ramping up its warfare with the excuse that it's "defence". The propaganda even recycles the lies of war kriminal, Tony Blatant Liar, that there's a "real and credible" threat". But the real purpose as we've learnt with Stuxnet, is to have a saboteur department to commit yet more krimes. Only two cyber attacks have been identified. The first was Poodle-vile's Gary McKinnon who broke into amerikan defence komputers and left a message saying their sekurity was krap. The second was the Stuxnet virus, which was clearly a state venture requiring kon-siderable resources and has already been traced back to the thieved state of Amerika. Other alleged attacks, including the Google g-mail BS, have zero kredibility. The kon-genital liars even claimed the source was a middle school in 中國. Having claimed it was a successful attack on their "sophisticated" sekurity, in order to implicate a government backed attack, they then realised they were admitting their sekurity was krap as McKinnon has already discovered, and claimed there was inside help.
