The US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has initiated an investigation in the lieu of security breach that concerns with AT&T who supposedly exposed the data of thousands of iPad 3G users.
According to the report the list highlights all the big-shots of the government, including White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel and Federal Communications Commission Chairman Julius Genachowski.
The exploit scandal has disclosed the e-mail addresses and user IDs of nearly 114,000 iPad users on AT&T's network according to the Tech gossip blog Gawker Media.
It was through an e-mail it was stated by an FBI representative: “The FBI is aware of these possible computer intrusions and is looking into it.”
Gawker Media believes that it is an act of carelessness that needs to have a look in it. It was further stated by Apple that AT&T, the US wireless carrier has a poor network coverage and customer support.
