Camp Constant Dale Farm

Latest news: the Irish travelling families at Crays Hill, Dale Farm, are waiting to be told the time of their hearing in the Court of Appeal today. They are hoping to get Monday’s eviction postponed while they look for appropriate alternative arrangements. Their solicitors have no legal aid but are going ahead to try to present new medical evidence to explain why they need this delay. If the judge says they have reached the end of the legal road, and does not give permission for them to go to the House of Lords to challenge this, preparations have already been made to go the European Court of High Rights in Strasbourg
