With this in mind, why not organise a sit in, protest or demonstration in your local Civic Centre, Housing Benefit Office or Town Hall.

When I was seriously ill with grand mal epilepy and a heart attack the ATOS doctor from Porthmadog came and interviewed me - luckily I had my heart nurse from Calon Lan with me because the doctor made up so many answers and lied in order to make his money. We fought and won but it was only thanks to Nerys that we did.
