Knowledge Infusion Center of Excellence and Human Resource Executive Magazine Partner On Research Study Focused on Talent Management Suite Adoption
Knowledge Infusion, the recognized consulting authority on technology solutions that drive human capital management (HCM) and talent management business value, today announced the launch of a joint talent management market survey with Human Resource Executive magazine. The survey, being developed by the Knowledge Infusion Center of Excellence, will address how organizations are moving forward with integrated talent management initiatives, and how the talent management suite -- from a single vendor -- is being pursued. The talent management suite has come to fruition with ERP vendors building out talent management applications to augment core systems, and best-of-breed vendors no longer focusing on a single product. Through both acquisitions and the building of new products, vendors are continually expanding their capabilities to capture additional market share and provide a complete package of talent management applications. The Talent Management Suite Adoption Survey will provide valuable data to the HCM community by determining the extent to which HR leaders are actually purchasing these suites. In addition, the results of the survey will include analysis and best practice advice for making integrated talent management--focused on driving business results--a reality.
00004000 "We've been hearing about the 'talent management suite' for a few years now, and the potential of buying recruitment, performance, compensation, learning and succession has obvious quantitative and qualitative value," said Jason Corsello, Vice President of the Knowledge Infusion Center of Excellence. "This survey will show if buyers have shown up to the party yet or are still in hype cycle, and how organizations plan to approach service delivery and implementation priorities."
"Human Resource Executive is committed to providing leading content to the HCM community and is excited to partner with the Knowledge Infusion Center of Excellence on this important topic," said David Shadovitz, Editor and Publisher of HR Executive Magazine. "Vendors continue to talk about the talent management suite and this survey will address how companies are approaching their purchasing and implementation decisions."
As a member of the HCM community, we invite you to take the survey now.
Survey results are slated to be published in the Oct. 2, 2007 e-HR issue of Human Resource Executive magazine, which will be published shortly before the magazine's HR Technology Conference to be held Oct. 10-12, 2007 in Chicago. All participants of the survey will receive a copy of the Center of Excellence Research Report detailing the results and action plan for success.
